DESCRIPTION: Great dress for that special occasion. Valentino Boutique (not Red) dress in blue wool with a “V” cutout at the scooped neckline. At the waist is a ribbon that you tie, pleated from there down in two spots. In the center of the bottom is a slit that is top stitched. The inside is fully lined and there are lingerie straps and slight padding at the shoulder. There is also a closure at the waist that has a hook and eye. Back hidden zipper.  In very good++ condition from a smoke free home.
